Fundraise Up is seeking a UX Researcher to strengthen how UX research informs product decisions across the company. You will lead complex, high-impact studies and build a scalable research practice within the Design team.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Analytics, conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and AI-enabled methods, coaching designers to run independent studies while maintaining rigorous methods.

Formación

• Proven experience running end-to-end research with ownership.
• Experience across both B2C and B2B products and audiences.
• Fluent English; able to moderate and present in English.
• Regularly collect input from Sales, CS, Support, Marketing, Analytics and turn it into testable research questions.
• Use AI tools to speed up ops and synthesis while maintaining rigor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end UX research projects from intake to actions.
• Coach designers to run independent research with guardrails.
• Choose methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys) based on goals.
• Collaborate with Product Analytics to connect data.
• Develop and maintain a scalable UX research process.
