Job summary

Family Office seeks a senior tax professional to lead international tax structuring and UHNW advisory across the UK and Spain. You will design cross-border holding and financing structures, identify risks, and deliver implementation-ready recommendations.

You will coordinate with local advisors, manage regulatory inquiries, and maintain a living tax risk roadmap while providing weekly updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in international tax / private wealth tax
• Experience with UK + Spain tax systems
• Strong track record in group financing and cross-border structuring
• Experience advising UHNW individuals / family offices
• Comfort with ambiguity and high confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Structuring: Design and iteratively optimise cross-border holding / operating / financing structures.
• UHNW / UBO advisory: Advise on residency planning, cross-border personal taxes and wealth structuring interfaces with corporate flows.
• Risk management & controversy readiness: Prepare group for authority questions and ensure consistency across filings.
• Operational: Maintain a living tax risk register and provide weekly async updates and key calls.
