Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a System Administrator to keep our technology environment secure, reliable, and ready for growth. You will support critical on-premises and cloud-based systems, manage user access and lifecycle provisioning, and strengthen operational controls across the organization.

The role requires experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365, along with a solid understanding of banking regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in systems administration or related IT roles.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, storage, and security practices.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in banking.
