• Experience in quality management systems and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures RTX supplier quality complies with internal and regulatory standards.
• Manages the Quality Management System and related contracts and metrics.
• Prepares and maintains quality documentation and training.
• Evaluates supplier QMS compliance and effectiveness; supports audits.
• Ensures products and processes meet regulatory standards.
• Manages supplier quality performance and escalation processes.
• Supports supplier onboarding, certification, and source inspection.
• Drives root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier issues.
• Supports supplier programs to drive continuous improvement.
