Job summary

Synthires seeks a STEM Expert (MSc/PhD) for a remote, part-time engagement. You will tackle AI training problems, perform scientific reasoning, data analysis, and Python-based workflows.

You must have deep field expertise and Python proficiency; preference for experience with NumPy/SciPy/Pandas and Jupyter. Flexible schedule; about 15 hours/week; first task within 24–48 hours after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in at least one STEM field (chemistry, biology, math, physics, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Strong scientific, mathematical, or quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical, and technical problems in your area.
• Review AI-generated solutions for scientific and factual accuracy.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, and overlooked constraints.
• Use Python or other languages for calculations, simulations, validation.
• Provide rigorous, technically accurate solutions and feedback.
