Formación
- 5+ years of DBA experience in SQL Server, Mongo, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with non-functional and production testing.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in driving improvements.
Responsabilidades
- Increase automation of operational activities to reduce risk.
- Drive systemic improvements based on incidents.
- Implement resilience and performance improvements in code.
- Promote SRE best practices across teams.
- Provide cross-platform observability capabilities.
- Investigate incidents and propose changes.
- Continuously review logs and metrics for improvements.
