Mercor is partnering with a leading language-learning platform to recruit experienced Spanish tutors for a short-term project involving recorded, one-on-one tutoring sessions. Tutors will conduct genuine Spanish lessons with native English-speaking learners at different proficiency levels.

The goal is to produce natural, high-quality conversations that reflect authentic language-learning experiences. Sessions run 20–30 minutes, approximately seven hours weekly over about three weeks, entirely

Formación

• Fluent Spanish with strong verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum three years teaching or tutoring Spanish.
• Experience teaching native English speakers at different proficiency levels.
• Reliable availability and punctuality.
• Comfort with recorded online sessions.
• Ability to adapt lesson structure to individual learners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engaging, one-on-one Spanish tutoring sessions.
• Adapt lessons to each learner's proficiency level and topics.
• Encourage natural, substantive back-and-forth conversation.
• Follow the provided lesson structure and project instructions.
• Conduct sessions.
• Keep sessions focused and avoid dead air or off-topic talk.
