IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater with Spanish-speaking proficiency for remote, part-time engagement. The role involves reviewing scales, guiding raters on methodology, and supporting rater performance through mock interviews and documentation.

Fluency in English and native Spanish are required. This position offers flexible hours (estimated 10–16 hours per month) and remote work from multiple locations. Training provided, with ongoing calibration activities.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent); MD/DO/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments and rating scales (MINI; MADRS; CAPS; PCL-5; CSSRS; CGI).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.
• Fluency in English and native-level Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring all relevant documents and scale items are available.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
