This task-based role offers flexible hours and no minimum commitment, with a short language skills assessment to access future paid projects. Participants contribute data used to improve AI models’ understanding of natural speech, tone, and cultural nuance.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish required for conversations.
• English fluency needed for instructions and reporting.
• Naturally conversational; comfortable on video calls with new people.

Responsibilities

• Have live, natural conversations in Spanish with participants via video call.
• Discuss everyday topics and let conversations flow without scripts.
• Contribute data by recording conversations to help AI models learn speech patterns and nuance.
