Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a Business Development Specialist to own Card acquisition in Spain by building and managing affiliate, KOL, creator, and community partnerships across the country.

This distribution-driven role focuses on measurable user growth in a commission-only setup, with end-to-end ownership from sourcing to performance optimization. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong market knowledge and existing partner networks.

Formación

• Native or professional-level English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish market
• Existing affiliate, KOL, creator or crypto-community relationships
• Hands-on experience sourcing and closing commercial partnerships
• Evidence of measurable user, revenue, FTD or volume growth
• Experience managing a partner pipeline independently
• Crypto exchange, fintech, Card or affiliate-platform experience preferred
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Card, Marketing, Operations and Compliance
• Comfortable working in a commission-only role with no base salary

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach high-potential affiliates, KOLs, creators, and communities
• Negotiate CPA, referral and revenue-share partnerships
• Launch and manage partner campaigns
• Track attributable Card acquisition and partner performance
• Build a sustainable local acquisition pipeline
• Provide market and competitor insights to the wider EU team
• Experience in Spain or an existing Spanish network is a plus.
