Miratech is seeking an experienced Software Architect to shape the technical vision for new products and technology initiatives. You will evaluate emerging technologies, drive Proof of Concept projects, and guide engineering teams to scalable, production-ready architectures.

This role emphasizes architectural leadership, hands-on engineering, and a technology-driven mindset. You will steer technology strategy, lead PoCs, and make key decisions shaping our product future. This is a remote role.

Formación

• Significant experience in software development, architecture, and evolution of products, platforms, and enterprise solutions.
• 4+ years in a Software Architect, Enterprise Architect, Engineering Director, or similar architectural role.
• Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns, software design principles, and distributed systems.
• Defining architectural vision and driving strategic technology decisions.
• Evaluating technologies and architectural approaches based on business goals, scalability, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and long-term sustainability.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for new products, platforms, and technology initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies, conduct technical evaluations, and drive Proof of Concept initiatives.
• Design scalable cloud-native, distributed, and hybrid architectures.
• Establish architectural standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines.
• Lead the technical design of complex enterprise and high-load systems.
• Define technology stacks and architectural principles for new solutions.
• Contribute to innovative solutions leveraging modern technologies, including AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and intelligent automation.
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Support engineering teams in solving complex technical challenges and making key architectural decisions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical solution assessments.
• Contribute to technical strategy, product roadmaps, and long-term product evolution.
• Support technology transformation and product modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders on architecture and technology strategy topics.
• Mentor technical leads and senior engineers.
• Help shape engineering culture, development processes, and DevOps practices.
