Job summary

Logicalis Group is seeking a skilled Analista de SIEM y Detección de Amenazas to join their fully remote SOC. You will monitor, analyze, and respond to security events detected through our SIEM system, tune rules, and support incident response efforts in a remote-first environment.

You will develop SIEM use cases, onboard log sources, and collaborate with SOC colleagues to improve threat visibility while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar role, with a focus on SIEM analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm, or ELK Stack.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for documenting findings in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SIEM alerts and dashboards for security incidents and anomalies.
• Investigate security alerts, perform root cause analysis, and escalate as needed.
• Develop, tune, and maintain SIEM correlation rules, use cases, and dashboards.
• Onboard new log sources into the SIEM platform.
• Configure and manage SIEM components and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in developing and refining security incident response playbooks.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts and IT teams.
• Stay up-to-date with threats relevant to SIEM monitoring.
• Contribute to security awareness and training initiatives.
