Jobgether is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to own strategy from planning to performance analysis in a fast-paced iGaming environment. Work with content, development, analytics, and outreach teams to drive sustainable organic growth across European markets.

You will manage budgets, define KPIs, monitor rankings, and adapt to search-engine changes while delivering measurable business results in a fully remote setup.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional SEO in gambling/iGaming industries.
• Experience with European markets; Tier 1 markets advantageous.
• We have a track record promoting sites in competitive niches in recent months.
• Deep understanding of search-engine algorithms, ranking factors, and updates.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge including site architecture and indexing.
• Experience handling penalties, domain blocks, and SEO challenges.
• Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, including content strategy and link acquisition.
• Fluent Ukrainian, written and spoken.
• Experience with WordPress configuration and site launches is a plus.
• Understanding of backlink quality versus cost and grey-hat approaches is desirable.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and comfort with automating processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business objectives to achieve strong organic rankings.
• Drive websites toward top Google positions while monitoring algorithm updates and penalties.
• Plan and execute content, link-building, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to grow organic traffic.
• Analyze SERPs, competitors, domains, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Define SEO objectives and KPIs, monitor performance, and report results.
• Manage SEO budgets, optimize investments, and improve ROI.
• Develop, test, and evaluate SEO hypotheses and explore new channels.
• Prepare technical tasks and briefs for content, development, analytics, and outreach teams.
• Diagnose performance issues and recommend data-driven actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional SEO initiatives to improve sites and acquisition strategies.
