AgileEngine in Madrid is seeking a Senior Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products. You will coordinate planning, deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases, partnering with Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps.

The role requires 4+ years in release management within large-scale enterprise SaaS or cloud-native environments, with strong Git, Agile, and stakeholder-management skills.

Formación

• 4+ years of proven release management experience in large-scale enterprise software environments.
• Experience releasing SaaS/cloud-native or enterprise software products.
• Solid knowledge of Git workflows, branch management, and release versioning.
• Strong Agile practices and collaboration with DevOps/Engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products.
• Coordinate release planning, candidates, deployments, hotfixes and emergencies.
• Define and improve release processes, governance, and standards.
• Optimize branching, merging and versioning strategies.
• Partner with Team Leads, QA and DevOps to ensure release readiness.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team communication.
• Drive deployment automation and CI/CD improvements.
• Maintain release documentation and rollback procedures.
• Monitor metrics and improve release quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the accountable owner of Frontline release management.
