Based in Valencia, you will drive complex projects from inception to completion and ensure alignment with our strategic vision. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in project management, expertise in PMP/Agile methodologies, and proficiency with MS Project, Asana, or Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of proven project management experience on strategic initiatives.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Asana, Jira; PMP/Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and remote work skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; remote or hybrid team experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority strategic projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with leadership.
• Develop detailed plans with timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Monitor progress and address roadblocks; communicate with stakeholders.
• Refine PM methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned.
