A global IT consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with expertise in Spanish payroll to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Spanish statutory processes, end-to-end payroll configuration, and hands-on skills in SAP. This fully remote role offers an attractive opportunity for candidates with strong stakeholder communication and analytical abilities.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience in SAP HCM/Payroll, specifically with Spanish PY.
• Strong configuration experience in SAP PY, including schemas, rules, wage types.
• Solid understanding of Spanish statutory payroll processes including tax, insurance, and social contributions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Payroll for Spain.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP payroll system solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish legal and social security regulations.
