A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP Spanish Payroll Consultant to join their team. The qualified candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in SAP HCM / Payroll specific to Spanish requirements, strong configuration skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with legal regulations. This role is fully remote and involves leading implementation efforts and supporting payroll processes.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in SAP HCM / Payroll, specifically with Spanish PY.
• Strong configuration experience in SAP Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types.
• Understanding of Spanish statutory payroll processes such as tax, insurance, social contributions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Payroll for Spain.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP payroll system solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish legal and social security regulations.
