This role involves supporting the deployment of solutions in customer environments, primarily on Microsoft infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or Computer Science, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and expertise in Microsoft servers and networking. A passion for solving technical problems while collaborating with sales teams is essential. This position offers a unique blend of pre-sales and hands-on technical work.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and strong command of English.
• Experience in deploying and supporting virtual servers.

Responsabilidades

• Support deployment of the solution in customer environments.
• Deliver remote demos and troubleshooting installation issues.
• Assist in resolving critical deployment issues.
