Job summary

Kodland, an international online school, seeks a driven sales professional to lead warm online demos for kids and parents after-school hours. You will present our learning format, guide families to enroll, and close enrollments while building trust with a global remote team.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and English proficiency, with sales or educational consulting experience. Expect 25 hours/week, remote work, and earnings around USD 1,500–2,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Advanced level of English; confident with parents and students.
• Experience in sales or educational consulting preferred.
• Ability to work afternoon/evening US time; one weekend day.
• Reliable technical setup: PC, webcam, headset, and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging online demo lessons (50 minutes) for children aged 5-17 and their parents—warm leads, no cold calls.
• Present Kodland's learning format, help families choose the right course, and convert interest into enrollments.
• Build trust, handle objections, and motivate students to start their learning journey.
