Job summary

The Search Group is seeking a Research Analyst to join our Operations team in a flexible remote role. You will conduct research on internet and web-based media databases, and write high-quality reports on companies or individuals, managing due diligence projects under Regional Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in law, political science or international business is preferred.
• 2-3 years of due diligence, professional services experiences or similar report generation.
• Ability to supervise and support other researchers and monitor work of less experienced colleagues.
• Leadership and management skills to oversee projects.
• Strong research skills across all media, with understanding of risk and compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on internet or web-based media databases.
• Produce high-quality reports involving research in multiple languages.
• Perform first-level quality control via peer review.
• Carry out watchlist database screening for due diligence.
• Contribute to report writing improvements and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with Research team across offices and manage delivery expectations.
• Stay updated on regional and industry trends and partner with teams to ensure product integrity.
• Remain hands-on and participate in ad-hoc projects on short notice.
