Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Software Engineer (Front-end) for an hourly remote contract. You will write realistic, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, tools, and simulations, and create precise evaluation rubrics to measure UI behaviors and interactions.

You should have professional frontend or full-stack experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or vanilla JS). You will write clear technical specifications and structured evaluation criteria, and work independently

Qualifications

Professional frontend or full-stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or vanilla JS.
Ability to write clear technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely in a deliverables-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Write realistic prompts for client-side web apps, games, tools, and simulations.
Create precise, binary evaluation rubrics.
Ensure rubric items are verifiable by screenshot and code.
Develop high-quality datasets focused on UI behavior and state management.
Apply frontend engineering to evaluate correctness and UX.
Collaborate asynchronously with research and review teams.
