Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Community is seeking Senior Raters to contribute to high‑quality validation data for AI and search engines. This flexible, remote opportunity lets you apply analytical and research skills to evaluate search results and AI content while supporting the development of quality AI systems.

You will conduct assessments, provide ratings and feedback to improve model performance, and participate in training and calibration sessions to uphold guidelines and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Freelancer with excellent communication in Spanish & English.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proven research skills and ability to verify information.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently while maintaining quality standards.
• Document edge cases, guideline gaps, and task-related issues.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews.
• Meet productivity expectations while maintaining high-quality work.
