3Digits is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner of Innovation to join their fully remote team. You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with market needs and business objectives to drive groundbreaking products.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to bring ideas to life. The ideal candidate has a proven track record launching new products, strong analytical mindset, and exceptional communication skills in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Eng or related field.
• :5+ years in product management or ownership focusing on innovation.
• Proven experience launching new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Technical background or strong software development understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future development.
• Facilitate product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies and internal training.
