Job summary

Phastar is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer for a fully remote role in sponsoring clinical programs. You will be responsible for independent programming leadership, SDTM/ADaM specifications, and ensuring data quality across studies.

You will develop SAS and R programs for datasets, listings, tables, and graphs, and coordinate with CROs to deliver high-quality results. This position requires extensive experience in clinical programming and a proactive, autonomous mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior statistical programmer in clinical trials or pharma settings.
• Proven ability to oversee CRO programmers and ensure data deliverables meet quality standards.
• Expertise with SAS and R for clinical data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM and ADaM specifications, datasets, reviewer’s guide and define.xml for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to create datasets, listings, tables, and complex graphs with statistics.
• Deliver high-quality programming outputs, validate, and maintain SAS and/or R programs for clinical development.
• Oversee CROs to ensure timely, consistent data delivery across studies.
