Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Experts to contribute specialized knowledge to the development and evaluation of AI systems in the pharmaceutical sector. You will apply pharmacology, pharmacovigilance, and drug development expertise to assess and refine AI-generated pharmaceutical content used for training and validation.

The role is fully remote and flexible, welcoming professionals with backgrounds in pharmacy, clinical pharmacology, regulatory affairs, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, Medicine, or a closely related field.
• Professional experience in pharmaceuticals, clinical research, drug development, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of drug safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and mechanisms of action.
• Experience reviewing scientific literature, clinical research, or pharmaceutical data.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to evidence-based evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate pharmaceutical content for scientific, clinical, and regulatory accuracy.
• Assess drug safety, efficacy, indications, dosing, and adverse events.
• Apply pharmacology knowledge to real-world scenarios.
• Analyze clinical research materials and drug development documentation.
• Provide structured feedback on accuracy, clarity, and completeness of AI content.
• Interpret scientific data and communicate findings clearly.
• Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and potential safety concerns.
• Perform evaluation and quality-review tasks using pharmaceutical expertise.
• Offer expert insights to improve AI performance in pharma domains.
