A dynamic entrepreneurial company in Barcelona is seeking a Remote Personal Business Assistant to manage operational tasks across multiple ventures. This mostly remote role requires strong communication and organizational skills, and will involve research, document management, and providing client travel support. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience, proficiency in English, and the ability to work autonomously. Occasional travel is required for events and meetings.

Formación

  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English (C1).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

  • Research and organize information.
  • Create presentations and budgets based on specifications.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Manage company documentation including correspondence and accounting documents.
  • Coordinate active calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Provide client travel support including arranging transfers and accommodations.
