Formación

• Proven experience with automated packaging lines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent Spanish (written and spoken).
• Dedicated home office setup with stable internet.
• Experience in remote operational roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Remotely monitor packaging line performance via digital dashboards.
• Analyze real-time production data to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Perform initial remote diagnostics and guide on-site technicians.
• Ensure output meets quality standards and deadlines by adjusting line parameters.
• Maintain logs of operations and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and timely issue resolution.
• Make minor configuration adjustments via secure remote access.
• Continuously seek improvements through remote analysis.
