Synthires is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to frontier AI coding model evaluation and research. The role is remote, hourly-based, and part-time, offering flexible engagement for experienced ML engineers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ML engineering, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with production ML systems, MLOps, and AI coding tools. You will provide technical feedback and collaborate with reviewers to maintain high evaluation standards.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional ML engineering experience.
• Experience building production ML systems, model deployment, MLOps or AI-powered products.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks.
• Familiar with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Use frontier AI coding agents to complete and evaluate ML tasks.
• Review AI-generated implementations across training, inference, and MLOps pipelines.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and failures.
• Compare outputs from multiple AI coding models and assess strengths/weaknesses.
• Provide structured technical feedback to improve code quality and model performance.
• Collaborate with reviewers to maintain evaluation standards.
