Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investment banking managing directors to help train AI language models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role involves owning client materials end to end to create and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows, including pitch narratives, board materials, fairness opinions, and buyer/target positioning pages.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking, currently or recently at Director/VP level or above.
• Track record of owning pitch books and board materials for live mandates.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own client materials end to end to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Cover core workflows: pitch narrative and structure, board presentation drafting, fairness opinion materials, buyer/target positioning pages.
• Quality control of analyst-produced decks.
