Progress Partners is seeking a dedicated Link Building & Outreach Specialist to grow domain authority and organic visibility through high-quality backlinks. You’ll own the full process from prospecting to scalable outreach campaigns, using data-driven analysis and AI-powered automation to maximize efficiency and personalization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on outreach and link-building experience
• Advanced proficiency with Ahrefs for backlink analysis
• Experience with guest posting, directory submissions, and publisher outreach
• Email outreach automation and personalization at scale
• Knowledge of AI tools for research and workflow automation
• Strong written communication and autonomous remote work

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-value link-building opportunities through competitor backlink analysis and other prospecting methods
• Design and run personalized outreach campaigns at scale leveraging AI and automation
• Secure guest posts, link insertions, and directory placements to strengthen the domain profile
• Build and optimize company profiles across relevant directories and platforms
• Coordinate end-to-end content for guest posts from briefing to final approval
• Audit live placements confirming URLs, anchor text, and link attributes for campaign integrity
