OpenNebula in Europe seeks a Kubernetes Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain large-scale cloud-edge platforms across cloud, on‑premises, and remote environments. You will automate lifecycle using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and GitOps; integrate CNIs/CSIs; ensure security, high availability, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki; work with Rancher Manager and CAPONE.

English proficiency is essential; role offers remote collaboration across Europe with ongoing professional growth

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, SUSE Rancher or equivalent are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, integrate, and operate Rancher-managed RKE2 clusters across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments.
• Integrate and operate certified CNIs/CSIs (Calico, Cilium, Canal, Multus, Longhorn).
• Develop and maintain automation for cluster lifecycle using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and GitOps.
