Gratia, a remote-first apprenticeship-based platform, seeks an entry-level operations associate to learn business analysis and operations by doing the actual work. You will review documents, update data, and communicate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will process claims, manage data reporting, and escalate issues as needed, with a daily overlap with US business hours. This long-term freelance role offers flexible rates and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Up to 2 years of experience in an operations, administration, data entry, or call center.
• High attention to detail and the discipline to follow multi-step processes accurately without cutting corners.
• Strong problem-solving instincts with a clear understanding of when to investigate an issue and when to elevate it.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, with empathetic communication during escalations.
• A flexible schedule that overlaps US business hours.
• Fluency in Spanish is ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Process documentation, claims, and data reports strictly following standard operating procedures.
• Identify and flag anomalies, missing information, or process breaks to senior team members before they become bigger issues.
• Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and answer questions clearly.
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets or internal systems to ensure accurate daily reporting.
• Manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, communicating trade-offs to your team when urgent requests arrive.
