Talantir seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to drive delivery of a large-scale Insurance Migration Programme across Europe. The role concentrates on governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting while coordinating with technology, business, and operations teams.

You will manage dependencies, budgets, and timelines, support Steering Committees, and ensure clear visibility to senior leadership.

Formación

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programmes within banking and/or insurance environments.
• Strong expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management, and cross-organizational coordination.
• End-to-end planning, budget control, and delivery management for complex programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage the programme governance framework, ensuring alignment across technology, business, and operations stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution across workstreams.
• Develop and maintain the master delivery plan, including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and escalate with structured tracking.
• Prepare executive reports, KPIs, and governance materials for steering committees.
