G+D Mobile Security in Barcelona seeks a Technical Solution Manager IoT Devices Rail to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of IoT devices in the rail domain. You will coordinate with lead engineers and system integration engineers to shape end-to-end solutions across device and IoT platform, translating market needs into technical requirements.

Formación
- Experience with product roadmaps and requirement management.
- Experience collaborating with external development partners and suppliers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in IoT or industrial product development.
- Fluency in English; German or Spanish a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for IoT devices in rail.
- Coordinate device developments with engineers and system integrators.
- Translate market and customer needs into product requirements.
- Prioritize functions with device engineering and management.
- Interact with customers and sales to inform product development.
- Lead technical evaluation of concepts and supplier solutions.
- Support certification and testing activities (rail, ATEX, EMC).
- Monitor product performance and quality KPIs.
- Drive product improvements based on data and feedback.
