The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in a similar role, be data-driven and possess excellent English communication skills. This remote role provides an opportunity to impact customer satisfaction while working independently in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
• Strong CRM experience and comfortable using data.
• Excellent English communication skills (C2).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customer accounts.
• Ensure customers achieve their goals and adopt the platform successfully.
• Conduct check-ins, business reviews, and follow-ups.
