Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for a fully remote contract role supporting AI training initiatives. You will train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks, and help simulate HR environments.

Work with AI research teams to improve task accuracy, write prompts and rubrics in Spanish, and ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations. Candidates should have 5+ years in HR, fluent Spanish, and a degree from a top-20 university in Spain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks.
• Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
