Treatwell is seeking a full-stack engineer to join the Product Engineering team, reporting to an Engineering Manager in Marketplace with a dotted line to Marketing SEO Manager. The role focuses 60% on frontend and 40% on backend, contributing across SEO foundations, site performance, experimentation, analytics, and marketplace surfaces.

You will partner with marketing and growth stakeholders while delivering production-grade features with a DevOps mindset.

Formación

• Production-grade web apps ownership end-to-end.
• Experience with growth/marketing tech foundations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Growth and marketing engineering: build foundations for customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Discoverability: improve search/index understanding without pure SEO remit.
• Experimentation and measurement: instrument and validate ideas with data before scaling.
• Product surfaces: ship UI improvements from framing to production.
• Platform quality: own services end-to-end with DevOps mindset.
• Cross-functional clarity: translate growth opportunities into clear engineering work.
