Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our European product teams. You’ll work in small, autonomous teams and partner with engineers, designers, and other experts to deliver meaningful customer value.

Responsibilities include understanding the product and users, ideating growth opportunities, executing with cross-functional teams, and continuously optimizing via experiments and data-driven insights. Flexible hours and remote work are supported.

Responsabilidades

• Understand. Build a 360° understanding of product, users, business model, competition, and economics; use AI, data, and research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ideate. Turn insights into concrete opportunities and hypotheses for testing; explore product features, growth initiatives, and monetization.
• Execute. Translate opportunities into actions; support roadmap conversations with enterprise clients and coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams.
• Optimize. Use A/B tests and metrics to scale successful initiatives and inform next cycles of discovery and execution.
