GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Power Systems expert to lead the GridBeats R&D Protection and Control Engineering team.

You will guide protection algorithms and model-based design, driving modernization initiatives across global projects and ensuring alignment with electrical infrastructure standards. The role requires strong leadership and deep technical expertise in protection and control, enabling collaboration with hardware, software, and product teams to deliver high-value automation

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; 10+ years in power system protection and control.
• Leadership experience with engineering teams and project management.
• Strong background in protection algorithms, fault analysis, and grid modernization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead protection and control engineers across the full project lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of IEC 61850 and other comms standards for digital substations.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance metrics for the team.
