Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing is partnering with a global technology client to hire a Business Specialist - Google Workspace who will work remotely on a full-time basis. You will optimize Google Workspace tools, manage user accounts, and support collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and user provisioning.
Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace apps and related systems.
Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.
Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.

Responsibilities

Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts for internal teams (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet).
Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace issues and escalate complex problems.
Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Google Workspace functionality.
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with IT and security to enforce compliance and security policies.
