Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid seeks a Data Analyst (SAS/SQL) who is fluent in German to join the Real-World Solutions team. The role is based in our Madrid Center of Excellence and offers full-time, remote work within Spain.

You will analyze data, generate reports, and deliver client-ready insights for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, collaborating with project managers and international colleagues to ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications

Completed degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, (bio)informatics, mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, or a comparable field.
Experience in data analysis, biostatistics, or epidemiology and knowledge of at least one statistical programming language.
SAS programming knowledge; SAS experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
Confident in German and English client conversations.
Team player; able to work in an international multidisciplinary team.
Proficient with Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and organize analytical tasks as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

Performing strategic analyses to derive trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for clients on qualitative and quantitative data.
Evaluating secondary data on markets, physicians, pharmacists, patients, and competitive products.
Working in close collaboration with our pharma clients' business intelligence units.
Creating reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
