Top Doctors Group in Spain is seeking a seasoned backend/frontend engineer to design, build, and evolve Node.js and TypeScript microservices and background workers for a cloud-native health platform. You will develop queue-based integrations with GCP Pub/Sub, work on Vue.js/Nuxt.js admin and user applications, and contribute to robust monitoring, ETL processes, and data integrations.

• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript with distributed systems experience.
• Experience with microservices, background workers, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and evolve Node.js and TypeScript microservices and background workers.
• Develop queue-based integrations and event-driven workflows using GCP Pub/Sub.
• Build and improve administrative and user-facing applications with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
• Implement robust error handling and strengthen monitoring and alerting across services.
• Maintain and improve ETL processes and data integrations.
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and the delivery of complex features.
• Work with DevOps to improve CI/CD practices and the platform’s scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the Integrations team to ensure interoperability across company products.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and help maintain high standards of code quality.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s engineering practices.
