BJAK is seeking experienced full stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's AI Neobank app. This role is product-minded and spans frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.

Based in Spain and remote, you will collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch features fast, monitor performance, and improve post-release.

Formación

• Proven full stack development experience with shipped features.
• Fluent in modern frontend and backend technologies and APIs.
• Able to design intuitive user experiences and robust data models.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, and more.
• Turn ambiguous problems into reliable systems with clean UX.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to ship quickly.
• Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work at scale.
• Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, and improve.
