Job summary

atwork is hiring a Full Stack Developer to work on a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform, serving HR teams and employees. You will own features, participate in architecture, and review code in an agile, remote-first environment.

You will develop across the stack with .NET 10, EF, Angular 21, and Azure SQL, while contributing to IaC with Terraform and maintaining documentation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of professional experience building and operating production web apps end to end.
• Strong .NET and Entity Framework skills with solid SQL Server experience.
• Extensive Angular experience.
• Proficiency with Git and PR-based workflow.
• Knowledge of SOLID, testing methodology, and clean code.
• Experience with AI coding agents and reviewing their output.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop across the stack: .NET 10 and EF on backend, Angular 21 on frontend, Azure SQL for persistence.
• Participate in architectural decisions: service boundaries, data modelling, tenant isolation and API design.
• Work on multi-tenancy, platform performance, design system, and third-party integrations.
• Review code before merging and write automated tests (unit/integration; Playwright UI tests).
• Contribute to Azure environment management and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Maintain architecture decisions, runbooks, and onboarding material.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with product, data science, and design teams.
