Hired is seeking an experienced engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality code for training and optimizing AI models. You will evaluate model performance and rank responses across domains, while producing clear explanations and rationales for evaluations.

The role also leads supervised fine-tuning with the creation and maintenance of task-specific datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams on product improvements.

Formación

• Proven experience with Node.js backend development.
• Familiarity with NestJS as a Node.js framework.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing excellent reasoning and technical expertise.
• Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning, including creating and maintaining high-quality, task-specific datasets.
