Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a US Bar-admitted legal professional for project-based freelance AI trainer work to assist in developing and refining AI systems with legal content. The role focuses on testing, evaluating, and improving the accuracy and logic of such content, and on generating prompts.

The engagement is approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, with compensation up to $35 per hour depending on task complexity and pace.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law (Bachelor, J.D., LLM, or FLLM) obtained within the US context.
• Admission to a US Bar.
• Minimum of 2+ years of legal practice experience within a US jurisdiction.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Access to a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Testing, evaluating, and improving the accuracy and logic of AI-generated legal content.
• Generating prompts that challenge AI systems.
• Evaluating solutions for logical correctness and improving AI reasoning to align with established legal principles.
