The Magnum Ice Cream Company is looking for a sales-focused professional to maximize brand share across the assigned area. You will study market strategies for Magnum ICC products with a global company vision and work to grow our brands through effective customer management and negotiations.

You will drive account development in the HORECA channel, coordinate with business developers, and lead promotional initiatives with strong analytical insight and a proactive mindset.

Qualificações

• Holds a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Brings 2+ years of experience in a similar role within FMCG/HORECA channel.
• Experience in the FMCG sector; pharma or tobacco exposure is a plus.
• Strong customer management experience and MS Office proficiency.
• High level of English and strong negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential operators by coordinating with the business developer.
• Prioritize prospecting depending on potential with channel.
• Visits for customer acquisition and negotiations on portfolio, prices, promotions, and visibility.
• Customer development visits and review of agreements implementation.
• Ad hoc proposals for promotions and visibility materials.
• Visits based on identified risks or reactive operator requests.
