Dempo is seeking a Senior SRE Engineer to lead reliability efforts across production systems in a remote-first culture with an option to work from the Granada office. You will drive observability, incident response leadership, and architectural decisions for reliability-critical services.

You will mentor cloud/platform engineers, define SLIs/SLOs, and contribute to CI/CD improvements while balancing speed, quality, and long-term resilience in a multinational tech environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, Cloud, or Platform engineering roles.
• Profound knowledge of SRE principles and incident response practices.
• Profound knowledge of the observability stack: logs, metrics, traces, and distributed tracing.
• Profound knowledge of Kubernetes cluster operations and workload objects.
• Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, TLS, load balancing.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Scripting proficiency (Bash or Python) for tooling and automation.
• Strong Git and collaborative workflow experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead incidents as commander and manage severity, with rapid mitigation and diagnosis.
• Own the incident record and timeline, linking deployments and incidents.
• Communicate with stakeholders during active incidents.
• Conduct blameless postmortems and drive toil identification and elimination.
• Implement observability pillars (logs, metrics, traces) end to end.
• Define SLIs and SLOs for critical services and design alerting systems.
