Hach, a Veralto company, is seeking a Field Sales Engineer based in Madrid to develop and grow our presence in the assigned territory, manage all commercial activities, and ensure excellent customer care in the industrial water sector. This remote role involves travel to client sites across the region, about 40% overnight stays per month, with a base in Madrid or Galicia.

You will report to the Sales Leader Industry (Spain) and collaborate with internal teams to tailor technical and commercial

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of proven technical sales in water/industrial sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets with resilience.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow Hach's presence in the assigned territory.
• Manage all commercial activities and ensure top customer care.
• Lead regional projects aligned with company strategy.
• Prepare and follow up on technical-commercial offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Service, Finance, Marketing, Admin).
• Travel regularly to client sites within the region (approx. 40% overnight stays).
