Harnham in Barcelona is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to lead ML initiatives in production within a growing AI-driven tech business. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on engineering to shape ML systems at scale.

You will work on real-time ML platforms, partner with engineering and business stakeholders, and advance MLOps, model monitoring, and automated retraining in a collaborative environment. Flexible remote policy offered.

Formación

Driving best practice across MLOps, model monitoring, observability and automated retraining. Enhancing machine learning infrastructure, experimentation platforms and deployment processes. Partnering with engineering leaders and business stakeholders to align machine learning initiatives with commercial objectives. Strong commercial experience building and owning machine learning systems in production. Advanced Python skills alongside experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on scalability, performance and reliability. PhD in a STEM discipline. Exposure to mobile advertising, attribution modelling or related performance marketing technologies.
